
Dr. Alexandra Jacobs, DPM

Dr. Jacobs was born and raised in Southern California, specifically the San Gabriel Valley.
She received her undergraduate degree in Biological Science with a concentration in Cell and Developmental Biology from California State University, Fullerton. She then moved to the Bay Area where she attended the California School of Podiatric Medicine. After receiving her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine, she relocated back to Southern California to complete her three year surgical residency at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Jacobs is Board Certified by the America Board of Podiatric Medicine.

She served as chief resident of her residency program that specialized in both foot and ankle surgery with an emphasis on lower extremity diabetic limb salvage, wound care, hyperbaric medicine, trauma, forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle reconstructive surgery.

Additionally, she trained with several different specialties during residency including but not limited to vascular surgery, orthopedic surgery, hyperbaric medicine, behavioral medicine, neurology, and infectious disease which all attributed to her balanced approach and consideration for treating patients as a whole.

She is passionate about wellness, helping others, working together as a team, having strong communication, and always strives to provide the highest level of treatment. Her goal is to get patients back on their feet to enjoy their lives.

Dr. Jacobs is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and Orange County Podiatric Medical Association. In her free time, Dr. Jacobs enjoys going to the gym, painting, listening to music, playing golf, hiking, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
